Paul Usoro SAN was at the Federal High Court. Chief Olanipekun led a host of SANs and several other lawyers.
Chief Olanipekun, SAN made a plea that the Court should direct the EFCC to serve the charge on the President in court as both the President and EFCC’s prosecutor were in court. The court did not make that order but adjourned the matter.
Immediately we came out of court, efcc operatives stationed in the court premises ordered the President to follow them to their office. We are at the EFCC now. The President is just kept waiting in the EFCC office. They have not served him.
